A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Shkoder, Albania, Nick brings a highly analytical and solution-driven approach to every project. Since entering the real estate industry in 2001, he has surpassed $1 billion in career transaction volume across multiple asset classes, including shopping centers, hotels, multifamily developments, office buildings, gas stations, warehouses, property portfolios, waterfront estates, and ultra-luxury residential developments.

Widely respected as a skilled negotiator, commercial advisor, and CoStar PowerBroker, Nick specializes in project analysis, development modeling, investment structuring, capital stacking, portfolio diversification, and strategic growth planning. Through Dome Equities Inc., a development company he co-owns with his son Richard, Nick has expanded into luxury waterfront development throughout South Florida’s most prestigious communities, successfully securing and developing high-profile waterfront projects.
